At Infinity Hoop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness journey. If your smart hoop isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Package Your Hoop

  Place the Infinity Hoop and all additional links securely in the original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
